At Forever Furniture by MasayaCo, we stand behind our sustainable craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the furniture in its original sustainable packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the item from your home.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
